  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 120ml (½ cup) full-fat sour cream, room temperature
  • 100g (⅔ cup) white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 125g (1 cup) fresh raspberries, halved
  • Zest of 1 lemon, finely grated

Directions

  1. Prep the Oven & Pan
    Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper.
