MomTok Drama Season 2 Returns with More Chaos

MomTok Drama Season 2

MomTok Drama Season 2 is officially heating up — and things are about to get even more intense. Hulu dropped the trailer for the highly anticipated new season of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives on Tuesday, April 22, teasing a whirlwind of emotions, entanglements, and shifting friendships.

Familiar faces Taylor Frankie Paul, Demi Engemann, Mikayla Matthews, Mayci Neeley, Jen Affleck, Jessi Ngatikaura, Layla Taylor, and Whitney Leavitt are back, and they’re bringing a fresh round of faith-fueled drama, family tension, and influencer life gone wild.

“I never thought things would explode like this,” Mayci reflects in the teaser. “It’s definitely a double-edged sword.”

MomTok Drama Season 2 Unleashes Relationship Turmoil

Taylor hints at trouble ahead, promising things will “get messy, for sure” during a confessional moment. Meanwhile, Demi is seen dealing with the authorities and flirting on the group’s trip to Italy, where they make an appearance on Vanderpump Villa. “Opening yourself — and your family — up to this much drama is a big deal,” she says.

Jen Affleck faces her own issues at home. During a tense chat with husband Zac Affleck, he asks for a hug. Her reply? “You can have a handshake.” Later, she candidly admits things between them are “pretty rocky,” even though the couple is now expecting their third child. Despite the tension, they seem aligned when speaking about the Italy incident. “Things went down at Vanderpump Villa,” Jen says, with Zac adding, “She’s under a cease and desist and can’t talk about it.”

New Faces and Old Feuds Stir MomTok Drama Season 2

Among the biggest bombshells of MomTok Drama Season 2 is the group’s internal fallout. Clashes over past trips and questions about Whitney’s return intentions stir the pot. When Miranda Hope, the newest addition, makes her dramatic entrance, she’s determined to “set the record straight” about her involvement in Taylor’s swinging controversy that shocked viewers in Season 1.

Miranda’s ex, Chase McWhorter, even pops up briefly, confronting Taylor for going public with her story. Meanwhile, Taylor and her on-again, off-again partner Dakota Mortensen share emotional moments as they navigate their complicated bond while raising their son, Ever.

Beyond the drama, the heart of the season questions the group’s loyalty: will their sisterhood survive the chaos, or will each woman fend for herself?

Season 1 was Hulu’s most-streamed unscripted debut of 2024 in its first three days, and MomTok Drama Season 2 promises to top that when it premieres May 15 — all 10 episodes dropping at once on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.
