  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds

For the Stir-Fry:

  • 1 pound udon noodles
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1/2 pound rib eye steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions:

  1. Mix the sauce:
    Combine soy sauces, chili oil, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, water, and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Cook the noodles:
    Prepare udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Cook the beef:
