Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add salt, ground almonds, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
  5. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared sheet.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until lightly golden underneath.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then roll warm cookies in the ⅓ cup confectioners’ sugar.
