The festival runs May 23–25 at Pards North Park in Denham Springs, and Foster broke the news on May 20 via social media, sharing a special half-off promo code “FOSTER” for fans.
He’s locked in for a Sunday set and hinted at a possible Saturday surprise as well. Although the final schedule hasn’t yet confirmed his slot, buzz is already heating up around his appearance — a hometown celebration that promises high emotions and lots of local love.
Cajun Country Jam 2025 Lineup: A Perfect Launchpad
This festival gig is more than just a concert — it’s a heartfelt return for Foster, who’s quickly becoming a fan favorite even after narrowly missing the Idol crown. When host Ryan Seacrest named Jamal Roberts the winner, some eagle-eyed viewers speculated that Foster might’ve seen the name inside the results envelope ahead of time.
But in a candid chat with TV Insider, Foster shut down the rumors:
“I was in a total blur,” he said. “I felt peace with being the runner-up. Jamal’s an amazing artist. I’m just grateful for the journey.”
Foster took to Instagram on May 19 to thank fans and mentors alike:
