  • Zest of 1 large orange (or 2 small ones), finely grated
  • 95 grams (1/2 cup) whole almonds
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions for this Biscotti Recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and orange zest.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract together until smooth.
