  • 1 (28-ounce) can green chile enchilada sauce
  • 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook hash browns: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium. Add hash browns and cook until golden and crisp, about 8–10 minutes.
