  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate squares in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
  3. Assemble Cookies: Lay out 10 oatmeal cookies on a baking sheet. Spread a small amount of melted white chocolate onto each cookie.
  4. Add the Milk Chocolate: Break the milk chocolate bar into small pieces and place 2-3 pieces of milk chocolate on top of each white chocolate-covered cookie.
  5. Top with Marshmallows: Place 4-5 miniature marshmallows on each cookie.
  6. Bake: Place the cookies in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until the marshmallows have started to toast and the chocolate is melted.

  8. Cool and Serve: Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
