For the Puff:

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs

For the Filling:

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 ½ cups cold milk
  • 2 (3.9 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix

For the Topping:

  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • ¼ cup milk chocolate flavored topping
  • ¼ cup caramel topping
  • ⅓ cup slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Puff:
    • In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water and ½ cup butter to a boil. Stir in 1 cup of flour, cooking and stirring constantly until the dough forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan (about 1-2 minutes).
    • Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
    • Spoon or pipe the dough into 12-15 mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and puffed. Remove from oven and let cool.
