  • 1½ cups whole wheat flour

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter chips
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in egg whites, whole egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
