High school graduation twins are making a splash at Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School on Long Island. Among the 447 students graduating this year, 15 sets of twins will walk across the stage together. This incredible number of twins reflects the close-knit community within the school, with many of them having attended since kindergarten. The bonds between the twins are strong, and they share a unique experience that many people don’t fully understand. Timothy Lamb, the school’s assistant principal, mentioned that while some teachers may struggle to distinguish the twins, they all share a camaraderie built on years of close relationships. In fact, there are two sets of twins with the same first names—Josh and Rebecca—but different last names, which helps to clear up any confusion. However, the fact that these high school graduation twins are so united reflects the essence of their experience.

For 14 of the 15 twin sets, they’ll be heading to different universities in the fall, marking a big change in their lives. Chloe and Aidan Manzo, however, will continue their journey together at the University of Florida, where they’ll explore new experiences as a duo.

Emma Leibowitz, one of the graduates, shared how difficult it will be to be apart from her twin, Kayla. “We’ve always been together,” she said, “and even won ‘Best Duo’ in superlatives.” These shared moments reflect the unbreakable bond between the high school graduation twins that will continue to shape their futures.
