  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta:
    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and pepper flakes:
